About the ordering process

Select the product, choose the quantity you need and add it to your cart.


On the product page, select the quantity you want and add it to your cart.

Check the contents of your cart.


Check the items in your cart, and if you are happy with them, press the "Checkout" button to proceed to the next step.

Payment Method

Credit card payments

The brands we accept are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.
Payment is for one-time use.

The card fee will be debited on the date based on the membership terms and conditions of each credit card company.

About your purchase invoice

Please note that a purchase invoice showing the amount will not be included with the delivered product.

Delivery Information

For standard delivery, if your order is confirmed by 6:00 p.m., it will be shipped on the next business day.
In principle, shipping is free within Japan.
Small items such as beeswax → Japan Post Click Post (with tracking number)
Pickup sets and other medium-sized items: Japan Post Letter Pack Plus (with tracking number)

If the quantity is too large to fit in a letter pack, we will deliver it via Japan Post's Yu-Pack or Yamato Transport's courier service.

Please note that during busy periods when we receive a large number of orders, or depending on weather and road conditions, or the products you order, it may take 4 to 7 days.

*For international shipping, shipping fees will be charged separately for each country.

Due to weather conditions and other factors, there may be delays in delivery of packages to some areas.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers and appreciate your understanding.

Returns and Refunds

[If a return or exchange occurs due to a defect on our part]
If you need to return a product for reasons such as "I found a defect in the product I received" or "I received a product different from the one I ordered," please contact us as soon as possible using the return acceptance form below.
If you have any problems, we will check the points you have pointed out and deal with them as soon as possible. In addition, if you need to exchange a product due to a defect on our part, we will prepare a product that you can use with confidence after confirming the details of your order.

[About refunds]
The refund amount will be the price of the product only, excluding shipping and cash on delivery fees. The refund method will vary depending on the original payment method. After the product arrives and is inspected, we will process the return and refund within 1-2 weeks.

Depending on your card billing date, the initial billing amount may be deducted once and refunded the following month. Please contact your card company for details.

About receipts and invoices

The method of issuing a receipt varies depending on the payment method.

We also accept changes to the name on the receipt, but we do not accept changes to the amount or notes.
